PIFA brings Paris to Philadelphia

Hey freshmen, looking for something to actually those cultural passports for?

Well our own Alissa Falcone has started writing for the Cultural Passport Office and the first article highlights events during the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts.

Because most Philadelphians primarily focus on their city’s sports teams, PIFA is determined to spotlight the city’s art and culture—even if it means lighting a newly-constructed 81-foot high replica of the Eiffel Tower in the Kimmel Center lobby twice a night for a month.

It might be a hard sell with the Flyers in the playoffs but a replica Eiffel Tower sounds interesting.
