Men's soccer looking for redemption

There's no question that the men's soccer team is looking for redemption this season. Last year, after starting off with a 6-0 record, the Dragons finished the regular season with an 8-2-1 record in conference play and an 11-4-3 record in the regular season.

Elegar going pro in Germany

Frank Elegar has signed a contract with Bremerhaven, a professional team in Bundesliga, Germany's top league. Terms of the deal were not released. Elegar, who left Drexel ranked 15th on the all-time scoring and rebounding lists, will begin training camp with Bremerhaven later this month.

After couple of down seasons, Madden 09 returns to playoffs. Over the past few years, the Madden franchise has gone 8-8. In other words, the game has been rather average. While older versions have featured more in-depth franchise modes and the addition of Superstar mode, overall it hasn't impressed.

Strong finish last year has women's soccer ready

After only winning two games in the conference last season, expect a new look from the women's soccer team. Despite struggling, the Dragons finished the season strong and outscored their CAA opponents 3-2 the last four games of the year - and they are expecting that momentum to roll over.
