Drexel to host Olympic Table Tennis Trials

Abstract:
Drexel University has been selected by the USA Table Tennis (USATT) Elite Athlete Committee to host the 2008 U.S. Olympic & National Team Trials for Table Tennis from January 10-13, 2008.

The trials will be held at the Daskalakis Athletic Center and is expected to bring the best table tennis players from all over the country, based on their rankings provided by the USATT....

I Am Very Proud And Deeply Grateful That My Great City (Philadelphia)
Has Been Chosen To Host Such An Event As The Olympic Gymnastics Trials.
This Should Prove To Be A Wonderful Opportunity For The City And The
Region.

However, I Was Not Aware That Las Vegas Was Hosting The Table Tennis Events Along With Philadelphia. I Want To See Philadelphia Shine Alone.
Las Vegas Gets Enough Publicity As It Is. It IS Philadelphia's Turn To
Shine. God Bless Philadelphia!!
