William Schleyer is directly responsible as the CEO of Adelpbia for providing customer service. Based upon my experience (and others) with Adelphia Cable Corporation recently I do not believe that he is worthy of any honorary degree. The company is completely unresponsive to its customers and has practices in place that are directly punitive toward providing service. If Mr. Schleyer were a public official or a Senior Officer in our Armed Forces he would be brought before Congress, investigated and relieved.
