Rockin' record bowls

Abstract:
These fabulous bowls are made out of old vinyl records. Most record stores have old/scratched albums for 25 cents to a dollar - or you can check out the Salvation Army. I personally recommend Barry Manilow or Jazzercise records - the funkier the better. If you are fortunate enough to run across colored records they make stunning bowls....

I made these today for Christmas gifts. They are sooooo easy! I used a small stainless steel saucepan turned upside down in my oven. It melted the center quicker!
